How Alka Power Holding BV collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so. Data protection enquiries are handled by our management team at the address above.

2. The personal data we collect

We collect personal data that you choose to give us through the contact form on this website. Which fields you complete depends on the enquiry type you select.

On every enquiry we collect your name, organisation, email address and — where you provide them — your job title and telephone number.

If you select an energy consulting or EPC management enquiry, we also collect the technology or solution you are interested in, the project location, the site type, the estimated project stage and your description of the energy challenge.

If you select a project financing enquiry, we also collect the project type, country, capital requirement range, funding stage and your project summary.

If you select a general enquiry, we collect your message.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not include confidential commercial documentation or sensitive personal information in a website enquiry. Confidential material is exchanged only under an appropriate confidentiality process, as described on our due diligence page.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also receive usage data about your visit. This is described in our cookie policy.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
  • Enquiries that lead to an engagement or ongoing discussion: retained for the duration of the relationship and for as long afterwards as is necessary for our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
  • Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for a maximum of 14 months.
  • Your cookie choice: stored in your browser until you clear it, as described in our cookie policy.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Access — to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Erasure — to have your personal data deleted, where the conditions for that right apply.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not use the contact form to send confidential commercial, financial or technical documentation.
